Guesthouse of the Splendid

• Price:600 euros 499 euros/ night (min 3 nights)
• We do not accept bachelor parties or disco parties.

• We rent the guesthouse of the Splendid (250 square meter), next to the main building for quiet groups up to 20 persons. The guesthouse have 4 separate sapce gor lodging:
  • First dormitory space: 8 bunkbeds
  • Second dormitory space: 4 single beds
  • Bedroom:6 single beds
  • Living space : 2 single beds
• Included 02 toilets, 03 showers, 06 sinks, 01 living room (with radio hifi and cable-tV with movies), one kitchen (fridge, oven, microwaves, hotpot, coffee machine, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, material to wash the dishes), tables and chairs vor ereryone, internet WIFI high speed, BBQ and outdoor furniture, private terrasse and complementary outdoor 1000 square meters relax place to play, with a nice view on the Citadel and the Meuse of Dinant.
• Don't forget your slepping bag, your under sheet and your pillowcase
• Free: parking, internet wifi, SMART TV 55" NETFLIX with movies, a play area and BBQ outside.

• We asked in addition on the beginning of your stay:
  • A caution of 250 euros for the eventually dammages during your stay. This amount will be remburse on the end of your stay if no dammage has been made.
  • The tourist tax of 1,25 euro / person / night
  • A fixed charge for a normal daily consumption of 50 euros/day (90 euros/night in the winter including the heating in additional) (including the preheating of 600 liters of hot water on arrival, water, electricity and garbage) and normal cleaning at the end of the stay of 75 euros
